This is our second harvest from the Santo Andre farm, where farmer Lincoln Ferreira uses a collection of standards borrowed from Utz and Rainforest Alliance to manage his land. Located in the Brazilian Cerrado region, Santo Andre has ideal coffee-growing conditions: the hot days and cool nights slow down the growing time, allowing the coffee beans to accumulate sweetness. This year we secured a small lot of his coffee; we love its outstanding smooth body with orange and caramel notes.
