The Brazilian Cerrado region is a tropical savannah with outstanding biodiversity and ideal conditions for coffee growing. On the Santo Andre farm, farmer Lincoln Ferreira uses a collection of standards borrowed from Utz and Rainforest Alliance to manage his land. This year we secured a small lot of his coffee; we love its outstanding toned body with marzipan and cocoa notes.
