Clever Pourover Coffee Brewer

Why's it called the Clever? Because its smart design makes it easy to brew a perfect cup of coffee. Here's what you do: put your filter and coffee in the Clever and pour the water over it. As long as the Clever is sitting on the counter, it stays closed, allowing the coffee and water to sit together for the four minutes it takes to create full-bodied coffee. When the timer dings, just set the Clever on top of your mug and voila! The valve opens and lets your coffee out. We use it every day in our cafes, and we're in love with the ultra-clean, fresh-to-order cup it produces.
