New harvest! For the past three years, we've been building a relationship with the Las Mingas Project, an innovative program that connects farmers, exporters, and roasters. Their ground-level focus on quality and intensive quality screening process turns out fantastic coffees year after year. This organic harvest, from 17 farmers in the department of Cauca, is distinguished by bright citrus and a juicy but mellow acidity. Think of it as vibrant yet easy.
