New harvest! For the past three years, we've been building a relationship with the Las Mingas Project, an innovative program that connects farmers, exporters, and roasters. Their ground-level focus on quality and intensive quality screening process turns out fantastic coffees year after year. This harvest, from 16 farmers in the department of Huila, is incredibly creamy and comforting, like a sweet milk candy with a ripe cherry filling.
