The Las Mingas Project is an association of smallholders who focus on quality coffee and sustainable relationships with specialty roasters. Gimme CEO Kevin Cuddeback met the farmers, traveled the farms, and kicked off a new collaboration by purchasing 4 tons of coffee greens at a premium above the Fair Trade rate. The rich flavor and aroma of Las Mingas — nutmeg, molasses, and tart granny smith — are like a warm apple pie.
