This Cup of Excellence winner comes from La Unión, a small family farm in Costa Rica. The owner, Maria Elena Camacho, says that winning the Cup of Excellence award made her remember — "with much joy and satisfaction" — the efforts of her family through five generations of coffee farming. Her efforts paid off in a high-intensity cup that tastes like apricot and sweet cinnamon.
