When our Master Roaster visited Mexico, he saw these beans: organic, plump, fully tree-ripened, and bursting with dark cherry flavor. We got first crack at the harvest and chose the Terruño Nayarita Reserva, a selection of beans that are a cut above the rest. Roasted dark, these Mexico beans yield a smooth cup that tastes like ultra-dark chocolate and ripe cherry right off the tree.
