The coffee landscape in Papua New Guinea is made up of tiny farms with fewer than 600 coffee trees on average. Our beans come from the Sigri Estate, where coffee is grown in the shade of original old-growth forest. We find that the dark roast brings out the sweet, earthy flavor.
