This is our third year supporting Buf Coffee and its proprietor, Epiphanie Mukashyaka, and this may be the finest lot we have received from her yet. This lot comes her Remera Mill, which took 7th place in the 2008 Cup of Excellence competition. Mukashyaka's award-winning coffees have made her a source of inspiration for many other women in the rapidly-growing coffee sector in Rwanda. This coffee has exceptional sweet, purple fruit character, warming allspice, and is both juicy and dense.
