Four Oh Four, Pirates in the Coffee!

jollyroger.jpgIf something lame happens while you are using our web site, like you click a broken link or the server poops out, you'll probably see the Jolly Roger flying high.  It seems to say, Something died here.  Was it your patience?  Your faith in us?
404.jpgWell that special page which declares a cyber-boo-boo is called the "404 page" in geek speak.  Every web site has one.  Some use the boring old default screen.  Others try to show a little levity, such as our appeal from the Namgyal monks.  The Gimme page was featured in a collection of 404's from around the web.  We're down at number 74.  See some funny ones.

Anyway, that's a nifty piece of milk art.  I know it was from our State Street espresso bar, but I don't recall if we ever found out who made it.  Was it our old barista David McKinley?  Anyone know?
