Make Contact with the RoastBots
From time to time I am forwarded emails from the feedback page of our website. I mainly receive inquiries from the 'Our Coffee Beans' option on that page, though I sometimes get 'Other' responses involving general roasting or greens buying practices. Basically, all questions with the common denominator of Greens and Roasting get fielded by my department. Pretty nice, huh? Chat it up with the minds behind the beans.
Feedback is great. Whether it is in the form of questions about the
coffee, or comments on noticeable changes to your favorite coffees, or
even if you just state your preference of coffee A over coffee B... we
want to hear what you think of our work. Still, it has crossed my mind
that answers that we give to individual inquiries could fare well in
this blog setting.
I know that there are more people browsing this website than write comments. I want to invite you to comment on this blog and let me know what you want the Roasting Department to write about. Save the personal comments for the feedback page, but if you have a topic of the Greens and Roasting persuasion that you'd like to know more about, we'd be happy to entertain ideas. While all blog authors publish at will, someone from the Roasting Department will post every Wednesday. So, post your ideas in the comment section below and come back to read our response.
