Latte Art Champ Sports Gimme Gear in Japan

hiroshi2.jpgIn an intercontinental expression of solidarity, Hiroshi Sawada, winner of the 2008 Millrock Latte Art Championship at Coffee Fest Seattle, sent these Gimme Gear pics from Tokyo to Ithaca.  
hiroshi_3.jpgHiroshi donated his entire $5,000 winner's purse to Coffee Kids.  Read about his generous move that inspired Barista Magazine to give him their "Best Guy" award.   Know what else is cool?  Hiroshi is a barista trainer now, teaching the "younger" generation his winning ways.
