Magic Coffee Cone
We've had Clever Coffee Dippers in our stores for quite a while now, and I've had one at my house for just as long. It's a great little brewer that I've come to take completely for granted. It's not the only way I brew at home, but it's become my go-to method most mornings. I've gotten so used to it that I've forgotten how truly great the design is. I recently had a lot of family in town and my father started calling my Clever the "Magic Coffee Cone." I thought this was very cute and fitting.

It's the stopper in the bottom of this filter cone that makes it magic. The coffee can brew fully immersed in water for as long as you would like. Making a consistent and good cup is very easy. We've been having great success brewing with these magic cones in all of our stores for months.
Give a cup of Clever brew a try, made fresh for you, at any or our locations. Or pick up the actual brewer, for perfect coffee at home anytime. Great coffee is simple with a little magic.

I love the Clever too since I discovered it at Gimme. I set my timer for 4 minutes- same as at the Gimme shops, I think - and can walk away from it and then come back to let a consistently perfect brew flow into my cup. The clever makes it easy to accomplish that very difficult task of making decent coffee BEFORE I've had my coffee.
Recently I've really been enjoying your "Wahana" coffee from Sumatra. You guys describe the taste in part as "malic" which i had to look up. Finding that means "malic acid," which is one of the things that makes apples taste like apples, now I need to get some more Wahana to see if I can taste its
apple-yness.
Thanks for your consistently GREAT coffee, and all your helpful notes about it!
