Our 1948 travel trailer found new meaning in life when it was admitted to Cornell University for a 3-year program in espressological sciences. Now it's time for our next career move.

Last Day of Business

Friday, August 3rd, 2007 is our last day of business, and we'd like to celebrate by thanking everyone who made the trailer such a success. Please visit us on our last day to get a free drink card with every purchase, good at our espresso bars.

Where Next?

We're actively looking for new locations for the trailer. In addition to locations at our local universities, we'd be open to high-traffic pedestrian environments in and around New York City. If you'd like a road-ready chrome espresso bar in your backyard — or if you know someone who does — let us know:

In the meantime, we'll be taking the trailer home for a wax and polish. Check this web site for news and updates as they happen.

Why Are We Leaving?

Our original agreement with Cornell specified that the trailer installation was to be temporary, lasting only until the renovation at Mann Library was complete. They designed the new library with a cafe inside and it should be opening by the end of August.

We're a little blue to be leaving Big Red — love to you all. Please don't despair: Manndibles, the new cafe in the library, will be serving Gimme! Coffee.
