Elk Hill is considered a gem among Indian coffee estates, using sustainable practices to produce complex, rewarding brews. We've long been impressed with India Elk Hill, but this year's harvest is outstanding. It's sweet and mellow, with notes of cherry cream, antique wood, molasses, and spice. Single-Origin at Home

Elk Hill's coffee is more than just shade-grown. Farmers plant the coffee under a thick canopy of rosewood, white cedar, and silver oak trees, leaving the natural forest cover undisturbed. This "forest-grown" coffee:
