Cup of Excellence winner El Bergel, a brilliant harvest from the small farm of Colombian Alvaro Cruz.
We paid 3 times the Fair Trade rate for the harvest, contributing to the economic sustainability of the El Bergel community.
We chose El Bergel with our home users in mind. A simple French press will bring these beans to life.
When we cupped El Bergel, we noted aromas of a rose garden and flavors of molasses, vanilla, and apricot.
