Gimme! Coffee on the Cayuga Wine Trail

By Amina Omari | Nov 1, 2007

Dozens of small wineries surround Cayuga Lake. When you're on the east side of the trail, stop at Gimme 34B. On the west side, visit our Trumansburg espresso bar.

Once a post office and petrol station in the 1940s, this old structure just needs a little TLC. In the background is Rogue's Harbor, the historic inn and gathering place of scoundrels.

It's not as bad as it looks, but we're at least a few days from serving espresso.

Our hurry-up renovation team. They seem to be standing still, but they're actually working real fast.

So sparkly. Should we just quit while we're ahead?

Opening day, will anyone drop in?

Lots of traffic passing by.

Now we're in business. Our first few customers.

Day 2, things start flowing.

Gimme 34B manager, Jeff, powered through the renovations AND pours a fine beverage.

I like your coffee-shop. And I will visit you for sure for a hot cup of coffee as soon I arrive in your beautyful homecountry.

Many greetings from good old Germany.
