A Japanese speaking, Utah native, you can find Adah starring in barista cameos at both of our New York City locations.
Shortly after celebrating a year with Gimme! Coffee Adah was hired for a position as our resident NYC Trainer. So expect to hear more from her soon about happenings in the Mott St. lab!
When on bar, Adah loves to make her customers cappuccinos to drink in house.
When off bar, her manager claims that her drink of choice is a toss up between a cold brew or a macchiato.
We're proud to have Adah as a member of the Gimme team, and grateful that she wants to grow with us. Mary Olive and Monster Truck are glad too.
