Meet Your Barista: Josh Sperling

Josh is a barista at the Gimme cafe in Lansing.

Josh has been working for Gimme! since late April 2008. If you stop by the cafe during one of Josh’s shifts, the sounds of early 70's Genesis will likely be in heavy rotation.

Josh hails from Oneonta, NY. Birthplace of Pie in the Sky.

Josh has biked extensively in the Pacific Northwest and has been known to trek to the Lansing store from Ithaca on his bicycle.

Cappuccinos are his favorite drink to make, but he prefers 8oz Americanos for personal consumption.

Josh has a fondness for optical illusions and it has a big influence in the art he creates.
