Meet Liz Clark! Some of you may also be familiar with the fellow to her right. As you can see, he's just as excited about Liz as we are.
Liz’s first job as a barista began this past summer when she applied for a job at Gimme! Coffee. You can currently find her at Gimme's Cayuga Street location, often opening the store in the early morning to the sounds of Sigur Ros.
A graduate of SUNY Alfred (where she studied sculpture), Liz jumped right into the world of coffee and has embraced it wholeheartedly. She recently challenged herself by competing in the NERBC, and while she did not make it to finals this time around, she showed us to not underestimate a novice barista!
Liz enjoys drinking espresso, or a French press of a quality Brazil. In addition to making beautiful cappuccinos like the ones you see here, Liz is rumored to make delicious home made pasta.
For some reason I'm fond of closing these posts with pictures of people's pets. Seriously though, LOOK AT THIS AWESOME CAT! This cat is Reagan, and Reagan is crazy about Liz too.
