Meet Peter Demos. Peter is a veteran barista at Gimme! Coffee in Brooklyn.
Peter’s been working in coffee for 8-9 years and originally came to us from beautiful Colorado. Seems he traded beautiful mountains and blue sky for concrete and skyscrapers. Well, and pretty ladies, of course.
When working he enjoys pulling shots of espresso. When not working he enjoys painting, visiting galleries and engaging in drunken art rambles.
Peter has a website. A few months back we almost lost Peter to art and real life, thankfully Peter quickly figured out that art is lame and life isn’t real. We're SO glad to be working with him. Thank you Peter!!!
