Mott Street is now open, and it's standing room only! That's because there's no chairs. But you can lean on the bar. NYC Regional Manager, Mike White, is demonstrating the “lean” technique in the photo above. It makes you look kind of relaxed, but ready to roll at the slightest provocation. Drop in 7am-9pm any day.

There goes the neighborhood. We're opening a new espresso bar in Nolita, just north of Little Italy in Manhattan.
228 Mott Street
Our new location is at 288 Mott Street, right around the corner from Old St. Patrick's Cathedral. That's our store behind the Rolls and the Benz. It's about 10 feet wide. Squeeze on in! We'll try to keep up with the Joneses by hanging a decent awning over the security gate.

NYC Home Base
Our Mott Street shop is pint-sized for sure, but there's also a basement just begging to be dressed up in business casual. We're going to establish a barista training lab so we can keep our crew in shape, and help our NYC wholesale customers learn the craft. The Mott Street location will give us the beginnings of a much-needed home base in the city.
