  • Return coffee beans within 14 days of the ship date.
  • Return other merchandise within 30 days of the ship date.

How to Return Items Purchased from this Web Site

  1. Fill out the return form included in your order.
  2. Re-pack the item in the original packaging with return form.
  3. Mail the return shipment via USPS or UPS to:

  4. Charges will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days of our receipt of return.

Please note:

  • Drinkware, books, lifestyle items, and apparel must be returned in their original, new condition including all original packaging.
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
  • Items purchased online can be exchanged at, but not returned to, Gimme! Coffee retail stores.
